ARC is a concept, not a product: it is, at its core, a body of work that seeks to celebrate the dynamic power in a good contrast. The fusion between utility and romance, the delicate and the bold, the simple yet complex, the visible and the invisible.

From jewelry to home objects, it is a collection that explores and experiments with wearable and functional sculpture.

An arc is simultaneously a shape and a concept; similarly, ARC seeks to be a project concerned with both the literal and figurative.

Sources of inspiration have always been geometric shapes, colors, and textures found in nature, balanced asymmetry, and the transient beauty found in everyday moments.

ARC materials are chosen for their unique ability to highlight the use, shape, and life of a design. Glass, like porcelain, is a material not to take for granted.  Like porcelain, it highlights its contents, elevates the quotidian, and  embodies the dualities that are the essence of ARC at its core.

ARC was established in 2014 by Daniela Jacobs, a NYC- and Mallorca- based designer. The creative  energy and movement of the city combined with the quiet majesty of the Mediterranean deeply inspire her work and philosophy.
